At Ritchie Feed & Seed Inc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If a garment doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Securely place the unworn apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain attached.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
